Stichting De Lantaern processes your personal data due to your use of our services and/or because you provide us with your data directly.
We process the following personal data:

• Telephone number

• Other personal data that you actively provide, for example in correspondence and by telephone
• Bank account number
• Photographs
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data being collected about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please email us at contact@delantaern.nl and we will delete this information.
The purpose for and basis of our processing of personal data
Stichting De Lantaern processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Calling or emailing you if necessary to carry out our services
• Informing you about changes to our services
• Providing services
• Stichting De Lantaern also processes personal data if we are legally required to do so.
Automated decision-making
Stichting De Lantaern does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could have minor or major consequences for individuals.
How long we keep personal data
Stichting De Lantaern does not keep your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply a standard term of 12 months and, in the case of legal obligations, the statutory period.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Stichting De Lantaern does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the fulfilment of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Stichting De Lantaern remains responsible for this processing.

Accessing, rectifying or erasing data
You have the right to access your personal data or have it rectified or erased. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation of your choice.
You may send a request for access, rectification, erasure or data portability, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to processing of your personal data to contact@delantaern.nl. If you want to change or delete your data for the sending of our newsletter, you can do this yourself using the link provided in each newsletter.
So that we can be sure you are the person submitting the access request, please include a copy of your ID with your request. In this copy, please black out your photograph, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and your Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.
